Membership payments
Ongoing memberships are charged fortnightly at the rate shown for the selected plan. Three, six and twelve-month upfront options are paid in advance and then roll onto the standard ongoing subscription rate at the end of the prepaid term unless changed or cancelled.
Ongoing cancellation
Ongoing subscriptions have no lock-in contract. A member may submit cancellation through the portal. The configured notice period is 14 days, with the membership ending after the applicable fortnightly payment cycle.
Upfront memberships
Upfront membership payments are non-refundable, subject to rights that cannot lawfully be excluded under the Australian Consumer Law or other applicable law.
Membership pauses
The portal allows a request for a 14-day pause. A pause is not effective until approved and recorded by the gym.
Class bookings
Weekly class limits apply to confirmed bookings. Class capacity, waitlists and online cancellation cutoffs are enforced in the member portal. Coach-approved sessions cannot be booked directly without approval.
Conduct and safety
Members must follow staff instructions, train responsibly, disclose relevant limitations and comply with gym rules. Sparring is not compulsory and may only occur with coaching approval.
